Thank you to the families for the ultimate sacrifice that these brave men gave.
We can live here in freedom because of these men.
Please know that all of the families are being prayed for and we especially pray for your strentgh and comfort.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Our son, Sgt. Kevin Metz, sometimes drove Jeffcoat to the guard. Kevin said he was a great person to talk to and he's really going to miss him. We'll continue to pray for you.
Sgt Jeffcoat was always ready with a bright smile and a firm handshake. His happy disposition made everyone feel better about their day. Although I only met him on Summerall, he will always linger in my memory as an inspiration and a beacon of positivity
I watched Jeffcoat over the years grow from a 17 yr old timid skinny kid into a father, husband and leader of soldiers. He was a fine NCO. I used to always ask him how his daughter was and he always asked me how my stepson and wife were. I will sadly miss him, but he will never be forgotten. It was an Honor to serve with you Jeffcoat.
I worked with Jeffcoat at Summerall. He was a good kid and always willing to help people out. he had a big heart and always seemed to be happy. one day he gave me a really cool ink pen. i carry it everyday still, and tell everyone where and how i got it. i miss you bud, but know your in a better place now.
Sgt,Jeffcoat was a fine and hard working soldier. I looked forward to seeing him once a week at least, bringing his vehicles in for inspection. He always had a smile on his face. Always went out of his way to say hello. He was a great man who was a proud father and husband. I think of him and his family often, they are in our prayers often. May God bless his wife and family and hold him close by his side in heaven.
I remember Sgt Jeffcoat giving me a ride from the chow hall at Camp Summerall.Although it's been over a year since his death, he is still in my memory....
Brahim was a great man and is truely missed. I know your in a better place. May God Bless your family in your absence. You were truely a blessing in my life.
Big Jay, its been a minute since we chilled...we was supposed to come back together and grab a phat chicken cheese steak. I can't shake that scene out of my head...I was supposed to be in the vehicle with you... I forever salute you for your sacrifice..your fellow soldier SSG Price

My heart sank when I heard the news.
My first thought was: "Oh no not Jeffcoat! He was such a great kid."
You see...when he first came to the unit he just looked so young.
And after knowing him for many years, he still looked young? I think now, it's because he had a noble heart and was so young in spirit.
Whenever I think of him, I remember him being quick with a smile and always eager to help others...I really liked him.
I'll miss you Bud.
