I have known Frank for 6yrs now and there was never a time when he put this country down....He lived for and loved the United States and the Army. Frank was a close friend to many people including myself...he would do anything for you. At this point in time all we can do for him is pray for his family and the other soldiers still there fighting.
I want to thank all the families for the ultimate sacrifice that these men gave. We want you all to know that we are praying for you all and especilly for your strentgh and comfort.
Signed, Grateful,
Sgt Stevenson's mother

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Our son, Sgt. Kevin Metz, spoke highly of Frank and his great personality. Frank would tell Kevin at least once a week that his baby was lucky because he looked like his mother. That morning Frank threw a bagel at Kevin's head because he jumped in front of him to use the toaster. He said Frank was really a great guy to have in your company. We send you our love and support.
Frank was and always will be a hero. I loved him more than myself, as he constantly told me I was his world. When he came home we were going to get married and start our happily ever after as we called it. He will be forever missed and loved. I love you BABY RIP! I want to thank everyone for all the kind words and support please keep it coming it means the world to us.

Our heart aches for Frank's family and our prayers go out to them. Frank passed doing what he always wanted to do. The risks are many and there are no promises. How proud his family must be for this American son is truly a hero. May GOD BLESS our soldiers, their families and the United States of America.

I still can't believe that my Baby has been ripped away from me. Its not getting any easier for me,I miss him more and more each day. There is such and empty space left that used to be filled with love and happiness. I don't know how to go on. Frank was my strength and inspiration he gave me the courage to face things that I couldn't face alone. I will always love him forever. He was a true hero, I hope the world knows what a terrific man they lost on August 9th 2005.A man that was truly irreplacable. RIP Baby until we are together again. I love you.
I will miss Frankie very much,we all will. He was a unique young man. So caring, loving and devoted to his family, friends and his country. Frankie took a piece of all of us with him. And left our hearts with many memories. He is a HERO and always will be thought of everyday.
Frankie was a hero long before he put on the uniform of the US Army. He was a great role model for my children and myself. He was always there for you when you needed him, a family trait it seems. I will always fondly remember his smiling face and take comfort in the thought of knowing he is now watching over his family and friends from above. Thanks Frankie!
Frankie was a great man. He always took the time for anyone who needed him. He will always be remembered for his kindness, strenght, and respect. He will always be known as a hero for fighting this war and being the great man he was. The Straub family is always in our hearts and prayers.
I watched Frankie grow up from the time he was ten years old. He was a GREAT kid who was fun to talk to and someone I enjoyed being around. He was very respectful of his elders and would offer help to anyone who needed it. As he grew up his character never changed. He was still offering help to anyone who needed it and still treated people with respect. He had a great sense of humor, just like his Dad. It was a privilege to know Frankie and He will be missed by everyone who knew him. Frank,Lynn,Shawn,Brian and Dana, my prayers and thoughts are with you.
I remember Frankie how he was with my mom, his mom mom on Madison street. He played on a baseball team. He has terrific parents. Lynn and Frank. You did a terrific job showing all your children about love and caring about themselves and their family. Frankie loved his family. I really enjoyed his visit to Fair Acres- that I will never forget. All of my Nurses just loved him. They made such a fuss over him. I am and always will be so proud to be his Aunt. He made me feel very special. I love you so much Frankie. I will miss you everyday. Say hello to mom-mom and pop-pop. I still can't believe you are gone. Rest in peace my Frankie. Love you...Aunt Peg
