Why are you posting this misinformation? This is not true, and you are scaring people's mothers and families. Why don't you wait until the official release comes out from DOD. Parents don't realize that they will be notified before the release comes out from DOD. Be responsible with your posts, or don't post anything!

This website shows all casualties, and pending notifications. You can clearly see that 9 people did not die in Bayji on the 15th.

I can post after the DOD has released info
that would probably be the best course.
however my information comes from a rear brigade command
staff meeting. The incident is under investigation, and has NOT been released.

see my ealier post, as you link a site for your source that is a public release only, while my source is internal and not public.
you can call me a liar if it makes you feel better, I will as I mentioned, refrain from posting anything concerning casualties until it is released to the public by the DOD.

Concerned,
This website has been running for a while now, there is NO need to be nasty. There are better ways of communicating your concerns. And if you don't like it, then I suggest you go make one of your own.

Please, Cant we all get along. We all have loved ones over there and need to stop this back and forth. I understand the frustration with errors on this site but, these things do happen and I believe are not done intentionally. Lets Concentrate on getting our Soldiers home quickly and safely. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

M. Schreiber,
I agree. It is a very stressful situation, and we need to keep positive and pray for our soldiers.

Just wanted to mention I ran this site a couple years ago during the deployment of our Rakkasans. It might be easier if your info is regarding FOB Summerall and not all the 101st. Just a thought.

Very good advice, RakkasanDad. My son was also at FOB Summerall for a year just before the Rakkasans, and the dad who maintained the site for us did just what you have suggested. He did a wonderful job!

Newman,
I learned a lot from BlueStarDad before I took over the site and your right he did a hell of a job. The site should be ran in the spirit of the site philosphy and guidelines set by the original person who started the site..a mother of a hero.

I Agree, Blue Star Dad, did one hell of a job. So far, this website has only posted BAD or DEPRESSING news. If you don't have anything to post other than casualities, then take the site down. It has definately gone down hill.

That is what I was trying to say!!! My comments were deleted from the site by the person in charge.
This site was supposed to be a place where people could come to find out about their soldiers, not scare parents to death!
