Email address

Good Day! Everyone!

We have been hearing from "Online Support Group" members. In referance to the mass emails that some our doing! There is a very large concern about this going on. This mass emailing using our "support groups' email addresses has to stop. Due to the fact that when our members gave us their email addresses, they do so with the trust that their email address would only be used to support our group. When using mass mailings and including the "Support Groups Emal address" is opening us up to spam and who knows what else.  Please be very careful when using any of the groups addresses. Especailly when sending out emails stating that you must send out to X amount of people. This puts undo stress on some members that should not be getting anymore. If you have the expressed consent of a memeber. Thats great. But Please do not include anyone elses address unless you have their permission.

HHC 1-103 Mortar Platoon Family Members
Greetings!! This is my second year for coordinating shipments a couple times a month to troops at FOB Summerall. Since my last platoon has gone back to Bamberg; I know have a new one to ship to and boy, am I ready!! The spare bedroom is overflowing and getting to know all the soldiers in 1-103 Mortar is going to be so rewarding!!

Any special requests for things to go to any specific Mortar Platoon Member?? Just let me know. I work directly with SFC Rick Batche, have gone through all the clearances and am a coordinator for Adopt A Platoon. Trying to make the lifes of your family that are now at Summerall just a bit more comfortable is my personal passion!!
