Hey all, nice to meet you. My next door neighbor is at Summerall with the 103rd. Great news about the Legion picking up the postage! Who will pack the stuff? Are there plans for a packing day?

Dear Ann,
My soldier,Tim Boots is somewhere over there either at Tinderbox or Summerall.I know he is kept very busy through reading the message Jeff posted about a day in the life of a soldier.Since I am just the Gram I know I am way down on the list of loved ones who can share his limited time. But I would like to be in on any news about our soldiers there and help in any way I can.I live in Latrobe and we have other family who live in Ligonier. If you hear any more about what is happening at the Legion please let me know.I am looking forward to hearing from you as I am going out to shop for things to send within the next couple days.
Thank you,
Gram

Hi Everyone!
I am sorry to say I have not heard from Kubie, as of yet. I will keep trying to get as much info as possible and post online. Sorry for any delay. However if you do decided to donate to the care packages, I would suggest just to take any items to the American Legion at this time.
I will try to get intouch with Kubie ASAP.
Thanks to Everyone
Ann W(Mama W)
